About Jade
I suffered with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which became worse during my adolescence and early twenties. After years of suffering, unaware of the triggers and GP visits, I slowly began to see positive changes when I started to change my diet. I began to realise the inexplicable link between what we put into our bodies and how we feel. By eating more foods that grow from the ground, whole foods and a lot of plant based foods, this sparked my love of nutrition and led me on the path of wanting to help others. To achieve this I began my 3 year Nutritional Therapy course at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2017.
In 2021 I gave birth to my daughter and this experience increased my passion for pregnancy and post-natal nutrition. I enjoy helping women through pregnancy and on their post-natal journey’s and beyond, to improve their health and well-being, and to support them during this very special but often very challenging time.
I work under the frame work of functional medicine, meaning that I view the body as interconnected and believe that we are all unique. I will work with a goal or symptom specific to you. My consultations can help you to discover which nutrients may be missing from your diet, or find what foods or supplements to include in your diet to help you feel healthier and more energised in your day to day life.
I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) & the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP). These associations allow me to continue my training and update my knowledge in nutrition and lifestyle medicine by attending conferences and webinars online.
I am currently based in Watford, UK and I hold online consultations.
